| OUR RENTAL PROGRAM Here at MRE we are trying to provide private boaters with quality inflatable rental equipment. As we became involved with inflatable boats, we soon learned that there was a dearth of available rental equipment. However, we do not rent to just anyone. If we have not paddled with you, you will need to submit an application to secure the ability to rent our equipment. Right now, write us a note that lists your experience, rivers you have run, and training you have received. While we couldn’t care less about “certifications,” experience is required. We do not monitor where you take our equipment; however, before you pick up your rental equipment, you will need to submit a signed liability release and indemnification agreement. Our current form in pdf format is available by clicking on the link. Download and print it out to review, sign, and present at equipment pickup time. We do not provide this service as an avenue to participate in civil litigation. We get enough of that in our real world jobs. Our customers must acknowledge their understanding of the risks involved in river sports and their acceptance of the assumption of the risk. You are responsible for all damage occurring to our equipment while in your possession. While we assume that there will be reasonable wear and tear on gear in the river environment, do not expect to walk away from the obligations that come with using our equipment. Treat it as if it were your own, expect to pay for your negligence. Please talk to us about your desires, needs, expectations, and wishes. We will endeavor to work with you to make your experiences as grand as the environment you are exploring. We offer consultations as to the purchase of your own outdoor gear. We have relationships with a number of manufacturers and suppliers. We’ll be glad, for a minimum fee, to assure that you get the gear you want, need, and pay for. We use what we recommend.
